General Use

1). By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service/TOS. Breaking my TOS may result in being blacklisted.2). I do not do art full time - I work on it when I have time. As such I am unable to take commissions that require deadlines.3). Artwork that you commission from me is intended for personal use only - it may be shared (w/credit) across platforms or printed out. I DO NOT DO COMMERCIAL WORK AT THIS TIME.4). None of my work may ever be used in cryptocurrency/NFTs. I also do not allow my work to used in AI art work, or uploaded for AI art training.
4A). You may not use AI, NOR pay another artist to "finish" a drawing that I've done for you.5). My signature/watermark may not be removed for any reason.6). I may repost your commission to various social media sites or to my portfolio. If you do not want me to do so, please discuss with me before hand.7). Once I have finished your commission, I am able to email you the primary file, if requested.

Ordering Guide Lines

1). I require full payment upfront, unless otherwise discussed.
1A). I accept USD through my Ko-Fi commission widgets. As of right now, I do not send paypal invoices.
1B). I also accept DeviantArt points.
1B-A). Because of how DeviantArt's commission widgets work, the actual point amounts more/less than stated.2). I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason.3). It is easiest to contact me on DeviantArt, ToyHou.se, or Instagram. While I am moderately active on all the sites I list, it still may take me a few days to see your message.4). I require some form of a reference sheet for art commissions. If you are getting a coloured piece of any kind, I work best w/a digital reference.
4A). For design commissions, please have an idea/description ready, or a moodboard or other similar reference for me to work with.5). I send progress screen-shots at the following stages: thumbnails, final sketch, linework, flat colours, and once more before posting/sending over the finished image.6). I will only make minor edits (ie: adding small forgotten details, colour adjustments, etc) up to two weeks after the commission has been finished.7). I will only offer full refunds if I am unable to start your commission after 6 months. If I have started your commission, and after 6 months, you would like a refund, you will receive a partial refund according to the work that I have already done; you will receive what work I have completed.

Design Specific TOS

1). I must be credited for any design that is commissioned or purchased from me.2). Do NOT majorly re-design/change my designs. Certain adopts may have some exceptions.3). All designs of mine must be uploaded to ToyHou.se, and I must be credited as an onsite creator. I am able to provide you with a ToyHou.se code if necessary.
3A). Once uploaded to ToyHou.se, a design of mine cannot be removed for any reason.
3B). I must be informed if you are setting a design of mine to "visible only to you" as it will remove it from my design manager.4). You may resell a design/adopt from me, however you cannot resell them for more than you bought them for, UNLESS the character has additional art; be it your own or other's.
4A). None of my designs may be gifted/traded/or sold to "shelter" or similar run accounts. Transfering the character to your personal sales account is okay.
4B). You must link my design TOS to the new design/character owner.

Backgrounds

Simple color background will be added to all pieces by default. Flat and shaded pieces may request a more detail background. The additional cost this will add varies based on the background desired.

Pricing starts at $20 (varies on character complexity).By default, reference sheets come with a single (flat) full body and two expressions - both of which you are able to choose. Below the examples is a table with additional adds and their price.

Custom Character

Pricing starts at $15 (varies on character complexity).An original design made within constraints that you give. The design can be based on a description, a moodboard, colour pallet, etc. How much creative freedom I have is up to you.
By default the custom comes only with a single flat full body. Below the examples are add-ons with their prices.
